Do you qualify for "Deferred Action" under the new program?

This program gives certain young people a work permit which can be renewed every two years. With a work permit, you can get a Social Security Number and a Driver License. Please note this questionnaire is for the 2012 version of the DACA program because the newly announced 2014 program has been temporarily suspended by a Federal Order.
